Alumni Membership Invitation and Form
To: Phi Theta Kappa Graduates of North and South Carolina Two-year Colleges
The officers and advisor of the Alpha Omega Carolinas Region Alumni Association would like to invite you to join us in continuing your Phi Theta Kappa experience. Of course, as an alumnus or alumna of an active chapter, your experience will be completely different and just as rewarding.
Members of the Regional Alumni Association participate in regional activities, working behind the scenes to ensure events proceed smoothly. They serve as guest speakers and mentors to active chapters and their members. Perhaps most importantly, they focus on raising funds to provide scholarships to Carolinas Region active members.
To become a member of the Alpha Omega Carolinas Region Alumni Association, please complete a membership form (links to forms in Word and PDF format below) and send it, with a check in the amount of $20.00 payable to Phi Theta Kappa Carolinas Region Alumni Association, to

The $20 fee constitutes both the International fee and Regional fee for membership in this Alumni Association. This is a one-time fee. We look forward to welcoming you to the continuation of your Phi Theta Kappa experience.
