To all to whom these presents shall come, greetings:

Be it known that a charter for the establishment of

an alumni association of Phi Theta Kappa,

International Honor Society of the Two Year College

to be known as

Alpha-Omega Carolinas Region

Alumni Association

is hereby granted conveying to the following persons as
